    The ingredient of Spring Beef Burger

    • 500g coles australian beef 3 star mince
    • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
    • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
    • 2 teaspoons ground paprika
    • 1 4 cup 70g greek style yoghurt
    • 1 lebanese cucumber peeled into ribbons
    • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
    • 3 radishes thinly sliced
    • 1 4 cup mint leaves
    • 1 4 cup coriander leaves
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    • 4 coles brioche burger buns split toasted
    • 1 3 cup 95g greek style yoghurt extra

    The Instruction of spring beef burger

    • combine mince ground coriander cumin paprika and yoghurt in a bowl divide mince mixture into 4 portions shape each portion into a 10cm patty
    • heat a greased non stick frying pan over medium high heat cook the patties for 4 mins each side or until golden brown and cooked through
    • meanwhile combine the cucumber onion radish mint and coriander leaves in a bowl whisk the oil and vinegar in a separate bowl drizzle over cucumber mixture toss to combine season
    • place bun bases on serving plates top with cucumber salsa patties extra yoghurt and bun tops
